The TRONpos team takes care of the installation and start-up of the cash register as a whole, and they help us prepare the necessary data for the activation of the cash register (i.e. price list, list of cashiers, internal document with information about the business premises and a dedicated digital certificate for tax confirmation of invoices). They also assign us a guardian that we can contact at any time.
The installation of the cash register is carried out by the support team at an agreed time in our business premises or remotely, depending on what is more convenient for us and what the installation includes (e.g. connection of equipment). Then they thoroughly teach us the most important thing - how to use the program.
