The process of obtaining a dedicated digital certificate for the tax verification of invoices

Because we often encounter the problem of customers having difficulty acquiring of a dedicated digital certificate for tax verification of invoices, we created for this purpose video, which shows the correct procedure for obtaining a dedicated digital certificate for tax verification of invoices through the portal eTaxes. There is also a description of the process below the video.

To obtain a dedicated digital certificate, we open the website >>edavki.durs.si<
Press the >> button in the far upper right cornerAPPLICATION<< and log in to the system.
On the left side of the menu, select the >> tabDocuments<<. Make sure the >> subtab is selectedNov<<.
At the bottom of the page, look for the >> formRequest to obtain a dedicated digital certificate for the implementation of the tax invoice verification process<< and open it by clicking on it.
We check if the automatically filled data is correct and submit the application by clicking on the >> buttonSubmit an application<<.
A window for signing the document opens, where we first copy the security code from the image on the right into the empty field. After correctly transcribing the security code, press the >> button at the bottom of the pageSignature<<.
The submission is complete when we see a notification in front of us that we have successfully submitted the document.
Collection of a dedicated digital certificate is possible approx 10 minutes after submitting this application.
On the left side of the tabs, this time we select the >> tabDocuments received<<.
In the >> columnForm<< we click >>DPR – Takeover of DP<<. A new window opens for us to review the document and take the reference number and password. At the bottom of the page, press the >> buttonTaking over<<. A dedicated digital certificate is transferred to the computer in the downloads folder.
Before closing the browser, we copy or copy reference number and password, which are required to install the digital certificate. We recommend copying it to a text file, which we save together with the dedicated digital certificate in a shared folder.
