The warehousing module enables fully digitised management of material flows: from inter-warehouse transfers, receipts and issues to inventory and write-offs. All documents are generated automatically, stock is updated in real time and communication between units becomes clear and consistent.

Internal orders between units

Inter-trade edition (MSI)
Warehouse B prepares the goods and carries out the MSI on the basis of an internal order. Stock is reduced immediately and accurately.

Inter-warehouse takeover (SME)
Warehouse A receives the goods and TRONxERP automatically reconciles the quantities, lots, serial numbers and documents.

Intermediate storage (MS)
A central record of all transfers - with history, traceability, differences and audit trail.

Replacement of goods
Quick procedure for correcting incorrectly issued or returned items. The system reconciles stocks and documents by itself.

Digital inventory
Inventory, entry of actual stock, automatic processing of differences and closing of inventory without manual inventory sheets.

Write-off of goods
Documented write-off of damaged, missing or unusable items with traceability of reasons and responsibilities.
