The subscriber undertakes to accept the updated version of the software with all the obligations and rights arising from the contract for the purchase of the right to use the TRONpos software license.<\/p><ul><li><p>The client undertakes to inform the contractor in writing about necessary upgrades due to specific legal changes concerning the activity for which he has the purchased right to use the TRONpos software license.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The subscriber is entitled to a free presentation of new versions and notifications about new software.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Method of reporting applications and response times when removing applications<\/p><\/li><li><p>The application submitted by the client to the contractor by e-mail to the address dopora@tronpos.si is correct.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The response time upon receipt of the application, regarding the operation of the functionality of the software, which complicates further work and does not seriously threaten the work process, security or reliability of the software and data, is 8 working hours from the moment the contractor receives the application.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The response time upon receipt of an urgent application, regarding the functioning of the functionality of the software, which prevents further work and there is no alternative solution for continued work and the work process, security and reliability of the software and data is at risk, is 6 working hours from the moment the contractor receives the application .<\/p><\/li><li><p>The response time runs within the contractor&#039;s working hours and is the time that elapses from the moment of application to the moment of establishing direct contact with the client. During the response time, the contractor and the client determine the validity of the application and set a deadline for the cancellation of the application.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The cancellation deadline does not include the response time.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-665c546 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"665c546\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>The customer must provide the contractor with the following information when registering:<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p>company name,<\/p><\/li><li><p>contract number,<\/p><\/li><li><p>name and telephone number of the person authorized to communicate with the contractor,<\/p><\/li><li><p>a detailed description and specification of the specific application<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d22719 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4d22719\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20ee371 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20ee371\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"table_of_content_heading_1626341820160_761\" data-anchor=\"true\"><b>Software rental<\/b><\/h5><p>The subscriber can rent from the contractor the right to use the TRONpos software license. The rent for the use of the software license is paid monthly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-711a7fb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"711a7fb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe3ed02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe3ed02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"table_of_content_heading_1626341820160_762\" data-anchor=\"true\"><b>Service performance and communication<\/b><\/h5><p>The service provider provides services during regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Prior agreement is required for working outside regular working hours. The client&#039;s communication with the contractor is by telephone, namely on the contact telephone number 02 300 35 99 or by e-mail at the address podpora@tronpos.si.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ada286 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7ada286\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ce7fb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ce7fb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"table_of_content_heading_1626341820161_763\" data-anchor=\"true\"><b>Payment and costs of using the product<\/b><\/h5><p>Support services performed by the contractor during his working hours are billed in 15-minute intervals (unless otherwise specified in the contractual relationship), whereby each initial interval counts. The prices of support services are determined in the contractor&#039;s price list, which is published on the contractor&#039;s website.<\/p><p>The contractor is entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses and travel time when providing support at the client&#039;s location, according to the contractor&#039;s valid price list or according to the support and refresh contract.<\/p><p>By the 5th working day of each month, the contractor shall issue an invoice to the client for the previous month in the currency term specified in the contract.<\/p><p>In case of delay in payment of the invoice, the contractor is entitled to the statutory default interest.<\/p><p>If the client has not settled all due obligations to the contractor, the contractor is not obliged to provide support services, refreshments and other agreed services.<\/p><p>A refund is not possible if the TRONpos software has already been used.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd68493 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"dd68493\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55f4bd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55f4bd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"table_of_content_heading_1626341820161_764\" data-anchor=\"true\"><b>Copyright<\/b><\/h5><p>All content contained in the TRONpos software or that may be contained in the software in the future including all images, photographs, videos, guides, audio recordings, other texts, articles, text, logos and\/or any other forms of intellectual property the contractor&#039;s own. The subscriber can only handle the software in such a way that he can install the software on as many workstations as he has leased licenses. The client may not copy the printed documentation that accompanies or is part of the software, all in accordance with the protection of copyright and related rights established by the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP-UPB3, Official Gazette of the RS, No. 16\/2007, with amendments) .<\/p><p>Choice of law, jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the court<\/p><p>The legislation of the Republic of Slovenia applies to all relationships between the contractor and the client. Disputes arising from the contract for the purchase of the right to use the license, the support and refresh contract, the refresh contract, the general terms and conditions and other contracts concluded with the contractor are resolved amicably. If the client does not agree with the changes, he can terminate the contractual relationship, otherwise he is considered not to oppose the changes and they become binding for him.<\/p><p>In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of the general conditions, any contracting party may withdraw from the contract within 30 days. The cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of written notification that the contracting party wishes to withdraw from the contract.
