VAT accounting is one of the tasks where businesses least want to make mistakes. TRONxERP therefore links received invoices, issued invoices and VAT records into a single, transparent flow. The system itself takes care of classifying documents according to VAT rules, calculating bases and amounts, and preparing VAT-O, RP-O and PD-O forms.<\/p>\n

Instead of manually copying numbers, you get an automated process where it is clear at all times how much VAT you owe and what the calculations are based on.<\/p>\n

VAT accounting takes care of the whole process, from sorting documents according to VAT rules to preparing all the statutory reports. Yes. The system calculates the bases and amounts on the basis of the invoices received and issued and the VAT settings, and prepares the forms in the format required by the FURS.<\/p>\n

How do I classify documents under the VAT rules?<\/h4>\n

Each document is given a VAT code according to the partner, the country, the type of service or goods and the type of transaction. The user has the possibility to review and, if necessary, manually correct, but most cases are processed automatically.<\/p>\n

Are EU transactions and OSS\/OOSS supported?<\/h4>\n

Yes. The system supports intra-EU acquisitions and supplies, special regimes and the preparation of related reports. It complies with the rules for domestic and foreign taxpayers.<\/p>\n
