The company's activities are combined in three profit centres, each of which covers a specific market segment. The profit centres operate as independent units.

This time we are looking for an ambitious Sales Engineer - Customer Administrator to join our existing team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Tasks:
- carrying out activities to attract potential customers,
- carrying out activities for existing customers,
- adequate knowledge of the solutions offered by the company,
- informing and advising clients on services and new developments,
- regular maintenance of relationships with existing customers (relationship management),
- Motivating and realising new business from existing customers on a regular basis (after-sales),
- maintaining regular relationships with identified potential customers,
- regular satisfaction checks with existing customers,
- preparing and delivering commercial and marketing presentations,
- preparation of tenders,
- sales,
- regular reporting on work with key customers,
- organising and helping to organise presentations, conferences and trade fairs,
- fulfilling contracts with customers,
- working under the direction of the Sales Manager.
- Responsibilities:
- tenders, contracts and orders
- a professional attitude towards customers,
- Performing all work and tasks in a professional and competent manner, with due regard for existing and potential customers and all colleagues,
- working in line with the approved annual business plan and strategic orientations,
- making proposals for improvements based on the findings of the regular work,
- Cooperation and coordination with other organisational units at all stages of the sales cycle,
- is fully accountable for its work,
- optimum use of material and other resources,
- work efficiently,
- profit and loss planning,
- profit or loss,
- Continuing education in your field of work, both on your own and through seminars,
- to carry out their work to a high standard in accordance with the quality management system, regulations and instructions,
- suggesting and implementing improvements

- You will report directly to the Sales Manager and the Director of Engineering.

- at least a level 6 qualification in economics - commerce or other relevant discipline,
- knowledge of IT products and services,
- Category B driving licence,

- several years' experience in sales.
