The P4D 2025 Call for Proposals, launched by the Slovenian Enterprise Fund, brings up to €100,000 in grants for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to take a step forward in the digitalisation of their business. €17.5 million is available for projects including the purchase of hardware and software, the development of digital solutions, and the introduction of advanced business systems.

Information on the P4D 2025 incentive

The P4D 2025 call is designed with companies in mind that want to upgrade their business through digital technologies.

Amount of funding: up to €100,000 grant per company. Co-financing: up to 60 % of the total eligible costs. Total amount of funding: € 17.5 million, with the aim of supporting 175 companies.

The aim is to encourage the introduction of solutions that:

  • improve the customer experience through digital channels and personalisation,
  • enable data-driven decision-making using business analytics,
  • optimise operational and logistical processes
  • support the development of new digital business models,
  • improve cybersecurity and system resilience.

Who is eligible for P4D 2025?

The call is open to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have at least 5 employees, no outstanding liabilities to the FURS or other public funds, and have not received funding for the same purpose in previous calls (e.g. P4D 2023 or 2024).

Eligible costs include:

purchase of software (ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.)

purchase of hardware (servers, computers, network equipment)

Staff training and external services

costs of staff working on the project (up to a certain limit)

indirect costs up to 15 % of labour costs

Yes. The purchase of advanced IT equipment as part of a company's digital transformation (e.g. to run an ERP system or move to the cloud) is an eligible cost. It is important that it is linked to the objectives of the project and the digital upgrade of the business.

The P4D 2025 call is expected to be launched in April 2025 and the deadline for applications will be limited - usually a few weeks. It is therefore advisable to start planning and preparing your project now so as not to miss the opportunity.
