After the introduction of the online store, there was a need to connect it only with the cash register, so we spent quite some time looking for a suitable software provider, as we had specific requirements, and the TRON-POS and TIC software from the Comtron company met these requirements. We were aware that the transition would not be easy, but because we had excellent support from experts from Comtron, we basically adopted the program very quickly.

We've been using the program for just under two months, and during this time, of course, there were a lot of questions regarding use and settings. Every problem we encountered, we forwarded it to Comtron employees, only they always approached the solution promptly and professionally, so our business ran smoothly. With the TRONwms storage system, we made another big leap in our business, when we switched from the existing OFF LINE terminal system, which had been in circulation for the past three years, to an ON LINE storage terminal system. The biggest reason for changing the system was complaints from customers regarding improper delivery of goods, the necessity of managing location stock, the unreliability of off-line terminals and excessively long inventory inventory times. Accurate analysis of processes, timely completion of prepared works, prior training of users and non-stop explanation of Comtron enabled us to start the new system as smoothly as possible.

The process of carrying out the inventory after optimization is simple, fast and efficient. We carry out the inventory from the beginning to the final posting in a maximum of 12 hours, while under the old system we managed to carry out the inventory in two working days. It turned out that in case of questions and problems, support is available to us immediately and regardless of the hour. Thanks for the excellent support and solutions that were fixed almost immediately.
